These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website https://mensalia.com (the “Site”), operated by TalesCastle LLC, doing business as “Mensalia” (“Mensalia,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Using the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms apply exclusively to the access, use, and browsing of mensalia.com, and not to the services we provide. Any services will be governed by a separate agreement reflecting the client’s requirements.
Prices and conditions shown on the Site may change; final confirmation will be provided in the definitive proposal to the client.
1. Purpose of the Site. No Binding Offer
The Site is for informational and commercial purposes and is intended to present Mensalia’s offering, services, and related content.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, information on the Site does not constitute a binding offer and does not, by itself, create a contractual relationship. Any engagement of Mensalia’s services will be formalized through a separate agreement (e.g., proposal, statement of work, service order, or contract), which will prevail in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
2. Eligibility (B2B)
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. By using the Site, you represent that you are acting in the course of a business or professional activity and that you have authority to bind your organization where applicable.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content (including text, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and software) are owned by Mensalia or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for legitimate internal purposes related to evaluating Mensalia’s services. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without prior written authorization.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
a) interfere with or attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation (including large-scale scraping, attacks, unauthorized security testing, reverse engineering, or circumvention of technical measures);

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mensalia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Mensalia’s total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed USD $100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mensalia, its directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Termination
Mensalia may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, when it reasonably deems it necessary to protect the Site, third parties, or Mensalia.
11. Changes to These Terms
Mensalia may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Site (and, where appropriate, by other means). Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that may apply.
Any dispute related to these Terms or the use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico, USA.
