Unless expressly stated otherwise, information on the Site does not constitute a binding offer and does not, by itself, create a contractual relationship. Any engagement of Mensalia’s services will be formalized through a separate agreement (e.g., proposal, statement of work, service order, or contract), which will prevail in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. By using the Site, you represent that you are acting in the course of a business or professional activity and that you have authority to bind your organization where applicable.

The Site may include links to or integrations with third-party services (“Third-Party Services”). Mensalia does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties. Your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mensalia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mensalia does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mensalia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Mensalia may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, when it reasonably deems it necessary to protect the Site, third parties, or Mensalia.

Mensalia may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Site (and, where appropriate, by other means). Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
